RESY & Member Events

Because Wychmere is a members-only club, each member must be signed into their account for the system to recognize the member and allow access to book reservations. Exclusive booking access is linked to email credentials. We’ve added each member to our RESY list using the emails and phone numbers we have on file. In some cases, if a member already had a RESY account, we matched it and included them in our system to ensure they can book reservations without issues.

Go to www.resy.com or open the RESY app
Tap “Sign In” at the top right (on the website) or in the menu (on mobile)
Enter email and password associated with your Wychmere RESY account
Once signed in, search for Wychmere Beach Club to see all available events and dinner reservations
If you forgot your password, you can reset it directly on the sign-in page
Make sure your Credit Card info is entered into Resy in order to book Member Events- otherwise, the event page shows “Sold-Out”.

Remember to sign in before checking availability. If you are using a different email address and / or phone number for their existing Resy account, please share your credentials so we can include them in our system.

Michael Mercier, Director of Pickleball

We are delighted to announce the addition of Michael Mercier to our Wychmere Beach Club Tennis & Pickleball team as the new Director of Pickleball & Tennis Professional. Michael will be collaborating with Charlie Moore, our Tennis Director, to deliver an array of inspiring programs and classes this summer. With Michael’s extensive experience and fervent passion for racquet sports, our offerings are set to reach new heights. His arrival marks an exciting new chapter for our club, promising benefits for players of all ages and skill levels.

Michael is a nationally acclaimed leader in racquet sports, boasting a distinguished career in both pickleball and tennis. He brings decades of hands-on experience, innovative coaching techniques, and a profound commitment to nurturing the game across all age groups and abilities.

More than just a coach, Michael is celebrated for the infectious energy, passion, and positivity he infuses into every court session. Whether he’s leading a pickleball clinic, mentoring junior players, or organizing inclusive wheelchair tennis sessions, Michael fosters an environment of fun, learning, camaraderie, and healthy competition. His enthusiasm motivates players of all ages and levels to embrace the game, challenge their limits, and forge lasting connections through sport.

David Walen, Director of Beach & Pools

We are pleased to announce the promotion of David Walen to Director of Beach & Pools. David worked alongside Bob Messersmith last year as Assistant Director prior to Bob’s retirement in September. With over 13 years of hospitality experience including his role as Recreation Director at Wequassett, David is well prepared to take the lead here at Wychmere. With summer just around the corner, David is collaborating with Orhan Uzelli, Director of Restaurants, on a variety of exciting Members Events & Programs for 2025.
