Chef Michael is the owner of Ten Yen, a renowned Edomae-style sushi and sake bar in Orleans, and has recently opened Namazu Ramen in Chatham. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he brings a wealth of experience from top Massachusetts restaurants, including The Ocean House and Inaho. His creative and flavorful dishes have earned him a loyal following among locals, and his restaurants have quickly become Cape Cod favorites.

Member Accounts to be charged $130 per person plus gratuity & tax. All additional beverages will be charged to member accounts.

Cancellations must be received 4 Days prior to the day of the event. Cancellations made after this time will result in a charge of 50% of the event price.  Members or Guests who do not keep their reservation (no-show) or arrive with fewer than the reserved number will be charged the full price of the event as reserved.
